The plumber does the plumbing and heating work needed in bigger constructions, organises work during he construction or the reparation of water and sewer lines, installs and welds pipes, etc., and is responsible for work to be completed on time.

The project manager is responsible for coordinating HVAC supplies, managing the construction, executing the contract from handover to handover, completing the project documentation, responsible for construction management and completion on time, and controlling costs/outputs.

The construction technician is responsible for planning material supply, organizing the assembly process and coordinating professions according to the project documentation and construction schedule, and supervising the work quality.

The project manager is responsible for the complete independent implementation of orders from handover to handover (GD-general contractor) - monitoring the project's costs (reporting), controlling of compliance with OSH, creation and controlling of HMG's compliance, management of KD (inspection days), quality control of the work performed, coordination of the work of our contractors.

The cost estimator is responsible for managing the costs and budgets of construction projects (creating price offers and controlling project documentation with a bill of quantities). He also communicates with subcontractors and makes orders, preparing work contracts and change sheets.
