Retail is a field we really enjoy because we share the same goal as our clients – to have satisfied clients who like to return to our stores. Retail is another sector in which we operate and can offer professional construction services.
We focus not only on stores but also on larger shopping malls and places related with service offerings. Together with the architect, the designer and the investor, we try to make sure that the final product (for us, the project) is entirely in line with our client’s wishes, reflecting the specified materials or materials that we recommend as the best suited to the client and that we select with them after initial sampling. So essential is the detail orientation, the quality of the materials used must respect the intense movement of the end customers in the retail unit.
When planning the space, we are very innovative and striving not only for functionality and aesthetics but always want the space to reflect the philosophy and character of the company.
We use our in-house division when doing the project; that’s why we control the vast majority of the construction process and do not depend on many subcontractors.
We successfully finished many projects, for example the PRIMARK department store in Prague and Brno, retail units of Tesco, Albert and Penny Market.
