PROJECT MANAGER IN HVAC DEPARTMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination of HVAC supplies,
• Management of the construction (responsible for control and realisation of project)
• Project management in all its phases,
• Controlling costs/benefits of assigned projects,
• Management and control of complete project documentation,
• Responsibility for construction management and completion on time,
• Coordination of activities of subcontractors,
• Communication with designers and contractors,
• Internal liaison with the budget team,
• Maintaining required quality and work safety.

Which preson are we looking for?

• At least a high school degree,
• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional position,
• Interest in the field of HVAC,
• Knowledge of reading project documentation,
• Knowledge of working in MS Excel, AutoCAD,
• Very good communication and organizational skills,
• Independence, reliability, responsibility,
• Time flexibility,
• Knowledge of AJ is an advantage,
• Driving license of B cathegory
