BUDGET/PREPARER FOR FIT-OUT DEPARTMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processing of supply budgets
• Responsibility for the accuracy of the budgets produced
• Finding and contacting suppliers, searching for possible product alternatives
• Negotiating with suppliers regarding the supply of the construction part
• Evaluating quotations, negotiating prices
• Tendering with suppliers
• Ordering of materials
• Pricing of bills of quantities
• Communication with project managers and investors
• Creating change sheets
• Participation in construction inspection days

Which person are we looking for?

• Minimum of a high school degree in civil engineering
• Minimum three years of experience in a professional position
• Experience in preparing budgets
• Interest in the field of civil engineering
• Knowledge of reading project documentation
• Knowledge of working in MS Excel
• Responsibility, diligence, communication, team player
• Time flexibility
• Driving license of B cathegory
