- Management of the construction,
- Project management in all its phases,
- Assembling and leading the project team,
- Determination of the time and financial plan for project implementation,
- Coordination of activities of subcontractors,
- Coordination of the subcontractors controlling the costs/benefits of the projects entrusted to us,
- Responsibility for construction management and completion on time,
- Analysis and management of risks and opportunities in the project,
- Management and control of complete project documentation,
- Maintaining required quality and work safety.
Which person are we looking for?
- High school/university degree in the field of civil engineering,
- Experience min. 3 years in a field (ideally, experience with the construction of Fit-out, may be experience with the construction of family houses, etc.)
- Interest in the construction field,
- Basic PC knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word), AUTOCAD an advantage
- NJ/AJ, preferably,
- Responsibility, independence, diligence, communicativeness, team player,
- Driving license of B cathegory
