BUDGET/PREPARER FOR FIT-OUT DEPARTMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processing of supply budgets,
• Responsibility for the accuracy of the budgets produced,
• Finding and contacting suppliers, searching for possible product alternatives,
• Negotiating with suppliers regarding the supply of the construction part,
• Evaluating quotations, negotiating prices,
• Tendering with suppliers.
• Ordering of materials,
• Pricing of bills of quantities,
• Communication with project managers and investors,
• Creating change sheets,
• Participation in construction inspection days.

Which person are we looking for?

• Minimum of a high school degree in civil engineering,
• Minimum three years of experience in a professional position,
• Experience in preparing budgets,
• Interest in the construction field,
• Knowledge of reading project documentation,
• Knowledge of working in MS Excel,
• Responsibility, diligence, communication, team player,
• Time flexibility,
• Driving license of B cathegory
