This space can be used for electrical wiring, data networks, HVAC, cooling, etc. For almost 30 years, our leading partner has been MERO from Germany, one of the world’s most important manufacturers of raised floors. Their portfolio is very extensive, and besides standard solutions for offices and technical rooms with lighter traffic, it also includes very specific flooring systems.
For example, heavy-duty floors allow very heavy-duty technology to be mounted on the raised floor, whether switchgear, battery racks or UPS. In addition, these floor systems will enable the system to create frames for technologies such as switchboards, air conditioning units, etc.
Other examples are raised floors that allow the movement of HVAC technologies, are resistant to dynamic loads and also floors that are resistant to seismicity. This allows us to solve even very complex technological operations with a raised floor. For example, we have been involved in implementing technical rooms in airports, data centres, substations, power plants, etc.
As a team, we are part of projects in their different phases. For example, we collaborate with engineers and architects on designs that use our know-how from our previous projects.
We use our experience not only in the field of raised floors but also use knowledge of the technologies of the related professions – electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, etc. In the implementation phase, we provide full support for the client – from designing the solution, preparing drawings, resolving connections to other structures, and providing system details to creating a quotation and subsequent project implementation guided by experienced technicians.
In addition, we also offer support in the form of sales of individual elements, whether it is spare parts or the implementation of smaller projects.
