The project manager is responsible for the complete independent implementation of orders from handover to handover (GD-general
contractor) - monitoring the project's costs (reporting), controlling of compliance with OSH, creation and controlling
of HMG's compliance, management of KD (inspection days), quality control of the work performed, coordination of the work of
our contractors.
Determination of the time and financial plan for project implementation,
Coordination of activities of subcontractors,
Coordination of the subcontractors controlling the costs/benefits of the projects entrusted to us,
Responsibility for construction management and completion on time,
Analysis and management of risks and opportunities in the project,
Management and control of complete project documentation,
Maintaining required quality and work safety.
Which person are we looking for?
High school/university degree in the field of civil engineering,
Experience min. 3 years in a field (ideally, experience with the construction of Fit-out, may be experience with the construction of family houses, etc.)
Interest in the construction field,
Basic PC knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word), AUTOCAD an advantage
NJ/AJ, preferably,
Responsibility, independence, diligence, communicativeness, team player,
Driving license of B cathegory
