Vista house – Prague

We proudly present one of our newest and most ambitious projects – Vista House, located in the heart of Prague – Na Pankráci 30, Prague 4. It was carried out in close cooperation with the investor Cimex Invest, launched in January 2023 and successfully completed in October this year.

Within the Vista House project, we did extensive demolition and structural work, including ceiling reinforcement, concrete foundation slabs and elevator shafts. In addition, we installed modern technologies such as HVAC, heating, cooling and electrical systems.

The building’s facade went through a complete transformation with new glazing, a facade awning and the planting of greenery, giving the building a modern and fresh look. An interesting fact is that all the work was carried out while the building was fully operational, with maximum consideration for the comfort of the tenants and the neighbouring buildings. The result is eight new rental units for future shops, prepared in shell & core form, and wholly renovated technical rooms, toilets and reception.

Behind the success of this project is our talented project team led by Eng. architect Dmitrij Izotov and Martin Hrudkaj.
