Apeiron Office Center – Reception

We made an extensive reconstruction of the reception area of the Apeiron Office Center office building and adjacent commercial units and technological parts of the building. The total project area was 1690 m2.

Thanks to the entrance floor’s reconstruction, six new business units were created. We carried out this refurbishment while the building was fully in operation.

What we did:

• Complete demolition of the existing commercial units and reception area, including the technological equipment.
• Construction of a new entrance staircase and ramp, accompanied by extensive structural works while the building was fully in operation.
• Construction of 6 new commercial units.
• Construction of a reception area with an atrium and public bathrooms.
• New HVAC ductwork.
• New electrical wiring.
• New entrance carousels.
• New exterior facade of the 1st floor.

We carried out this project between 11/2018 – 05/2019.

The total area was 1690 m2.
