Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o., Nošovice Nižní Lhoty

We completely reconstructed the administrative building of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. This building is situated in the industrial zone Nošovice. It was a complex project consisting of the complete demolition of the original premises, reconstruction and interior design of this office building. In total, we reconstructed 5000 m2 of space.

We carried out the wiring in the building and created a visually attractive interior. We equipped the space with new plasterboard walls, glass partitions, HVAC, and Modulyss carpets. During the whole implementation, we focused on creating a space, which would be a perfect mix of modern technology and traditional materials, and we succeeded in that. As a result, the space is characterised by a unique interplay of modern and traditional materials – alongside plastics, and there is an emphasis on wood, glass and natural elements. Since it is an office building, it was essential for us that the end customers (i.e. employees of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o.) would feel comfortable there. Therefore, the building offers a generous space for teamwork and smaller, separate rooms for meetings and moments when the employee wants to enjoy some quiet time. We also integrated nature into the area, thanks to the living plant walls, which gave the space a feeling of freshness and life.
