Distribution centre PPL, Hustopeče

We were responsible for creating a distribution centre for PPL company in Hustopeče. It is a vast warehouse complex with 3600 m3 of warehouse space. Our company did this implementation on a turnkey basis, which means we covered all construction activities. We were responsible for all elements of the building, the precast concrete frame, piles, external envelope, HVAC and electrical installation, sectional doors and the 500 m2 internal office area.

The scope of work included coordinating all exterior work and paved areas and assisting with the approval, handover and training of PPL. The building is designed in a modern style, with many functional and utilitarian features, perfectly combining warehouse use and office space.
