PROJECT MANAGER – GENERAL CONTRACTOR DIVISION

Responsible for complete independent project delivery from takeover to handover – monitoring project costs (reporting), ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, preparing and tracking project schedules, leading site meetings, supervising quality of works, and coordinating subcontractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for project execution from start to handover
  • Leading the construction site
  • Managing all phases of the project
  • Building and managing the project team
  • Preparing time and financial project plans
  • Coordinating subcontractors
  • Monitoring costs and revenues of assigned projects
  • Ensuring on-time project delivery
  • Risk and opportunity analysis and management
  • Managing and controlling complete project documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with required quality and safety standards

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education in Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience with a general contractor
  • Interest in construction field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (AutoCAD an advantage)
  • English/German is an advantage
  • Responsible, independent, detail-oriented, communicative, team player
  • Driving license, category B
