BUDGET/COST MANAGER FOR CLARUS DEPARTMENT – GLASS PARTITIONS, DOORS

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Processing of supply budgets,
• Responsibility for the accuracy of the budgets produced,
• Finding and contacting suppliers, searching for possible product alternatives,
• Negotiations with suppliers regarding the supply of glass, doors, fittings, etc.,
• Evaluating quotations, negotiating prices,
• Ordering of materials,
• Pricing of bills of quantities,
• Communication with project managers and investors,
• Creating change sheets,
• Participation in construction inspection days.

Which person are we looking for?

• Minimum of a high school degree in civil engineering,
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage,
• Experience in preparing budgets,
• Interest in the construction field,
• Knowledge of reading project documentation,
• Experience of MS Excel, CAD systems – at least AutoCAD 2D
• Responsibility, diligence, communication, team player,
• Time flexibility,
• Driving license of B cathegory
